Live Classes

I'm teaming up with Michelle Shank at Fit2Core Gym to bring you in-person training twice a week!

Where: Fit2Core Gym (behind the professional buildings off Airport Rd)
 

When:

Monday Evenings – 5:15 PM | Butts + Guts 
Wednesday Mornings – 9:45 AM | Cardio & Strength Fusion

POP-UP CLASSES

Pop-up classes are where members and non-members can enjoy a workout together in person. They are typically held in Indiana County, PA.  

Please be sure to bring water with you!
